Change of Mind

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind unless otherwise stated.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.


Custom Orders

Custom and personalised orders are generally non-refundable, unless they are faulty, incorrect, or otherwise stated.


Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
